- Fresh paint, new carpeting, and new flooring improve the presence of your home.
- Fresh/manicured Landscaping and Exterior Painting to improve the exterior presence of your home
- Bedrooms- If needed replace bedding with new coordinating bedding and throw pillows, artwork, and décor to compliment the paint. Additional furniture that blends well with the décor.
- Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, and Family Room – Have these rooms decorated and appointed to complement the paint. De-personalize and De-clutter!
- Cleaning- Have your home professionally cleaned.

HOME INSPECTION AND REPAIRS – Sample Home Inspection Report. Have your own Home Inspection and complete necessary repairs ensures the Buyer that the Home is well cared for.
TERMITE INSPECTION – Sample Pest Inspection Report. Having a Pest Inspection made ensures the Buyer that the Home is free from termites. Or provide a copy of your most current pest inspection/service report.
